• Document Generation: Template-based legal document creation for common business needs.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3.2 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

• Free Trial: 7-day free trial with credit card required. Cancel anytime before trial ends to avoid charges.
• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly with automatic renewal.
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually at a discounted rate with automatic renewal.

3.3 Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and improving our AI models using anonymized, aggregated data.
